Would you like to get to know everyday life on Corfu authentically and in peace? Then Lefkimmi is the place for you. The second largest village on the island is located in the wild and romantic south, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Between vineyards and ancient olive groves you can enjoy the most beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere. Small sandy beaches and warm seawater in sheltered bays offer the best conditions for a quiet and relaxing beach holiday.
Stress and hectic? Not known in Lefkimmi. Instead, the former fishing village attracts visitors with its original charm and relaxed atmosphere. Small shops and numerous churches line the streets and squares of the town. The streets smell appetisingly of Greek specialities, which you can try in cosy restaurants, tavernas and cafés.
Our tip: Find a nice spot on the small river Chimaros and enjoy the view of the colourful village life and the many pretty fishing boats in addition to good food!
